Isang kolumnista ang nagsulat na gusto na raw niyang maglaslas ng pulso nang maisip na makakasama niyang lahat sa eroplano ang OFWs na nakasalamuha niya sa duty-free shop sa Dubai nang mag-stop over sila sa biyahe niya papuntang Gresya.
“I forgot that the hub was in Dubai and the majority of [them] were stationed there. The duty-free shop was overrun with Filipino workers selling cell phones and perfume. Meanwhile, I wanted to slash my wrist at the thought of being trapped in a plane with all of them.”
